I decided to write today, cause I am in the mood. Today has been a pretty blah day for me, cause its freezing outside, I have so many deadlines at work that I have missed and I feel bad (even though the boss doesn't mind), and I would rather be at home, than at school. But, I thought about it and what would make me feel a tiny inch better is telling you some of the things that I love in my life... (enjoy babes!)
1. I have a little bit of a nail polish addiction, so I love polished nails, its a rarity that I ever walk out of my house with unpolished nails and on a good day, I will have my polish match the type of outfit that I am wearing, its one of my favorite things. Its cheap and its its own fashion statement.
2. I love love love magazines and books. I have lots of spare time in my life right now, since I am only going to school 2 days a week this quarter, so reading is becoming something that I love (and TV is not even fun anymore). Right now, I am reading "Confessions of a Shopaholic" and "I Kissed Dating Goodbye"; they are two really good books; some of my fav magazines that I will always have on my nightstand includes: Cookie (perfect for people with kiddies), Domino (why are you leaving me?), Lucky, InStyle, and Rachel Ray magazine (great recipes).
3. I truly have begun to appreciate friends. Being single, in the winter, is something new to me and its a weird, unfun feeling. But it is such a great feeling to have friends that bring you sometimes out of that funk. I appreciate my friends for loving my crazy ass and for always being there. Plus its fun to have amazing people to have a good time with... sushi, voodoo, shopping, texting, martinis, being single altogether, etc.
4. I for once am loving my wardrobe. There are times before that I crave having more or even expecting more, and for once I am content with all the clothes I do have. I have an overabundance and I am loving it and the options are endless, how amazing.
5. I love Bud Light Lime...cant believe I'm even saying this (never thought my diva ass would ever drink beer)
6. I love my daughter more than anything. She is amazing and fun and I am enjoying the time that we spend with all the different things that we do, it keeps me so happy and her too.
7. What would we ever do without chocolate, especially this time of the year? I have been eating hella chocolate lately, which is rare, cause sweets arent quite my thing, but cupcakes are my new thing, I love love love them.
8. I love Thai Garden. It is like this amazing restaurant in HSV and I have an addiction. For the past 3 weeks, I have been there, but the food is TOO amazing to pass up. Try the beef with brocoli and garlic sauce. Yum!
