Which Dress?

Ok, so I am starting to think about outfits for New Years Eve and I def want it to be a dress, so of course I started scoping my fav (Forever 21) place to find something I like and I came up with these three options:

This one I like specifically for the color. It would look great with a black heel and some gold jewelry.

This one to me is like a standard black dress, so it looks good with anything

This is just gorge, cause I love the flower detail...I do think this is my favorite.
